Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®)

Understanding the root cause to create lasting change

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) is a powerful yet gentle therapeutic approach designed to help you uncover and release the deeper beliefs and emotional patterns that may be influencing your life without your conscious awareness. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, RTT works with the subconscious mind — where habits, emotional responses, and long-held beliefs are formed and stored.

Many of the challenges we experience as adults are shaped by earlier experiences, often in childhood, where the mind created beliefs as a way to cope or stay safe. Over time, these beliefs can quietly influence how we think, feel, and behave, even when they no longer serve us. RTT allows us to access these subconscious patterns, understand their origin, and gently update them in a way that feels safe and empowering.

How RTT works

During an RTT session, you are guided into a deeply relaxed and focused state. You remain aware and in control at all times, but the mind becomes calmer and more open, allowing access to the subconscious. From this place, we explore the root cause of the issue you want to work on, gaining clarity and insight into why it developed in the first place.

Once this understanding is in place, the mind can be gently re-programmed with new, supportive beliefs that align with how you want to feel and live now. This process is compassionate and respectful — there is no need to relive trauma or become overwhelmed. Many clients find the experience surprisingly calm, insightful, and even empowering.

RTT brings together elements of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP, and cognitive behavioural techniques. This integrative approach allows for meaningful change to happen more quickly than with traditional talking therapies, which is why RTT is often effective in one to three sessions.

What RTT can help with

RTT is particularly helpful for issues where you may feel stuck, frustrated, or unsure why change hasn’t happened despite your best efforts. This may include:

  •  Anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm

  •  Low self-esteem, confidence, or self-worth

  •  Fears and phobias

  •  Relationship patterns and emotional triggers

  •  Habits or compulsive behaviours

  •  Emotional blocks linked to past experiences

After your session

Each RTT session includes a personalised recording, created specifically for you, which you listen to daily for 21says after your session. This supports the mind in fully integrating the new beliefs and helps reinforce the changes made during the session.

A supportive, collaborative process

RTT is always guided by your needs, your pace, and what feels right for you. It is not about fixing you — it is about helping you reconnect with the clarity, confidence, and emotional freedom that already exists within you.

If you would like to explore RTT further, your initial investigative session offers a gentle space to ask questions, understand the process, and decide whether this approach feels aligned for you.
