Reiki is a gentle yet powerful form of energy healing that supports balance, relaxation, and overall well-being. How Reiki works

During a Reiki session, healing energy is gently channelled through the practitioner to you. You remain fully clothed and simply relax, either lying down or seated comfortably. Many people describe the experience as deeply calming, often feeling warmth, lightness, or a gentle sense of release as the energy flows where it is needed most.

Reiki works with the body’s energy centres, helping to rebalance and restore flow. You do not need to do anything other than allow yourself to rest; the energy intuitively supports what your body and mind need in that moment.

Reiki can be received either in person or remotely. As energy is not limited by time or distance, remote sessions are just as effective and can be especially comforting if you prefer to receive healing from your own home.
